Charly Boy leaving Nigerian Idol?

The 3rd season of Nigerian Idol is about to begin and I hear one of the judges from last season, Charly Boy, might not be returning as a judge. I have no idea what's really going on between the Area Fada and the Idol producers but I know for sure that his name has so far not been included to the judges panel for this season. But there's no final list yet so I hope they resolve their issues and bring him back for this season.
